This recipe is a great addition to salads, fried rice or simply snacking on it. Crunchy when it is freshly baked. I'm totally in love with this simple yet versatile recipe.
Ingredients
2 can chickpeas or Garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp onion
1/2 tsp
4tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400deg.
2. Drain and rinse can of garbanzo beans.
3. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients.
4. Line cookie pan with foil and bake for 35min
5. Take the pan out, stir and place it back the oven. Add another 5min.
6. Let it cool and enjoy!
To store, place on a tight container and refrigerate.
